SEMESTER TRAINING IN SOMATIC SEXUALITY

Erotic Blueprint

LIKE CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 OF THE SERIES

Based on the Erotic Blueprints™ system created by Jaiya and Jack Morin's Erotic Mind.

Your main avenue to achieve the pleasure you seek.

Discover the secrets to your own path to arousal and intimate connection through the revolutionary Erotic Blueprints™ model, created by somatic sexuality expert Jaiya and featured on the Netflix series Sex, Love & Goop.

This workshop combines somatic theory and sensory exploration to help you understand, feel, and inhabit your eroticism authentically. Through practical exercises, body dynamics, and guided reflection, you will discover what your body and mind truly desire and how to apply this knowledge to your intimate or professional life.

What are Erotic Blueprints™?

The Erotic Blueprints™—which we propose translating here as Erotic Maps—are five patterns of arousal, like flavors, that Jaiya identified after more than 20 years of research into how people experience pleasure and desire.

These 5 maps offer:

  • A language for intimacy
  • A tool for deep self-acceptance
  • A set of resources to enrich sexual and relational aspects

Each type (Energetic, Sensual, Sexual, Kinky, or Shapeshifter) opens doors to:

  • Greater empathy with yourself
  • Recognition and expression of your desires
  • Expansion and understanding of erotic diversity
  • More creative and authentic connections with others

What is the role of the mind in eroticism?

Connecting with Jack Morin’s The Erotic Mind.

The mind is the most erotic organ.

During the workshop, we will also explore the main ideas of Jack Morin’s The Erotic Mind, a key text for understanding the role of personal history and fantasy in the sexual experience.

“What excites you unforgettablely are windows into your erotic mind.” – Jack Morin

We will delve into topics such as:

  • The difference between sex and eroticism
  • Peak erotic experiences
  • The concept of the central erotic theme
  • Analyzing our favorite fantasies
  • How we construct the internal narratives that arouse us

We will work with key questions:

  • What is one of your most recurring or favorite fantasies?
  • What makes that fantasy so exciting for you?
  • What would the moment of greatest arousal be like within that fantasy?
  • Imagine you want to become sexually aroused but you’re not succeeding… what fantasy would help you get turned on?

These explorations will allow you to discover how your personal history, your desires, and your limits are part of a much larger map of pleasure.

Program

During the workshop we will explore:

  • The 5 stages of sexuality (rest, healing, curiosity, adventure, transformation): how to consciously recognize changes throughout your sexual and erotic life
  • The 5 Erotic Maps: Energetic, Sensorial, Sexual, Kinky, and Shapeshifter, with which we will investigate:
  • Essential needs of each map
  • What ignites and what extinguishes them
  • Superpowers and shadows
  • How to “nourish” each map
